چکیده
Abstract Millions of people die in road accidents yearly, causing significant damage to the economy and humanity. The main focus study is analyze through Black Spot Identification establish a Prediction Model on Cebu South Coastal Road (CSCR)-N840 Highway. data gathered from government agencies were digitized using SPSS MS Excel. revealed that year 2018 has highest number accident cases with 555 (46.52%) lowest severity ratio 0.41. In contrast, 2019 frequency 159 (13.33%) 0.72. Through APW system, CSCR-N840 Highway’s top black spot locations at 2.6 km, 1.2 2.3 0.9 km,2.2 5.3 4.6 4.7 3.7 5.9 7.6 7.7 8.2 8.5 6.5 10.2km, 11.4 9.4 12.1 12.0 km. Also, researchers presented heat mapping QGIS for visual analysis, where severe traffic usually occur Talisay side CSCR N840 Highway due 13 junctions, 7 intersections, 6 curvatures. Lastly, developed regression model rate decreases gradually an increase volume. Poisson prediction model, as probability increases, may either or slowly decrease.

Advancements in GPS-technology have spurred major research and development activities for managing and analyzing large amounts of position data of mobile objects. Data mining tasks such as the discovery of movement patterns, classification and outlier detection in the context of object trajectories, and the prediction of future movement patterns have become basic tools in extracting useful info...
متن کاملIn-depth on-the-Spot Road
In Finland all fatal motor vehicle accidents are studied in-depth on-the-spot by multidisciplinary (police, road and vehicle engineers, physician and behavioural scientist) road accident investigation teams (legislation 2001, work started 1968), which operate in every province. The purpose of the teams is to uncover risk factors that turned an ordinary driving situation into a serious accident ...
متن کاملPerception of road accident causes.
A theoretical two-dimensional model on prevalence and risk was developed. The objective of this study was to validate this model empirically to answer three questions: How do European drivers perceive the importance of several causes of road accidents? Are there important differences in perceptions between member states? Do these perceptions reflect the real significance of road accident causes...
متن کاملDeveloping Ubiquitous Road Accident Hazard Map (Case Study: Tabriz- Marand Road)
Modeling a road accident hazard zoning map to identify high-risk areas is a very effective step to reduce the resulting casualties. Due to the dynamic nature of many of the factors affecting the identification of these areas, traditional zoning mapping does not seem to be effective. In the field of ubiquitous modeling in the framework of the GIS, it is possible to produce a separate map at any ...
